Yin's interdisciplinary studies center on economics, international relations, politics and East Asian studies. Hua also employs diverse methods to assess the ecological and social impacts of environmental justice such as global warming with the shifting discourse promoted by governments and international non-governmental organizations as a matter of global governance.
